Why a clown workshop ?
Clown-hood is the first phase of life in our childhood, also the first way to discover the world with innocence and a sense of security.
A world where we lived that turned around simple questions that are trifle for those who are older. What is this? How do we use it? What does it consist of? Why does it exist? Who made it?
A world we discovered with open eyes and love, with all our insignificance, stupidity and intelligence, without building barriers and obstacles, whether they be related to family or to society.
A world where we expressed our intentions with all our available and possible means of expression in a spontaneous and relaxed manner.
Children are afraid of us who are getting old, like you and me, because we slowly snuff out in cold blood the clown that is still in us.
We aim in our workshop the forgotten sleeping childhood clown. We wake him up to help us surpass the fright of being our truthful individual self in the face of collective social pressure and standards.

The Intensive Theater-Clown Workshop Residency will take a place in second half of February from the 13th to the 28th. The duration of the residency is 16 days and it will take a place in the old part of the medina in Tunis Tunisia.
The application dead line is January 15, 2023.
The Workshop is limited to 12 participants.
The selected participants are required to be in Tunis, Tunisia on the 12th of February 2023 and have accommodation until the first of March 2023.

Accommodation
The Participants will stay in a double room, we provide each participant three meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
Single rooms are optional with an extra fee.
Cost and payment :
The cost of the workshop residency is 1000 euros
The selection notification will be in the following days, a non-refundable deposit of 50% (500 euros) must be paid before the 3rd of February.
The remaining 50% (500 euros) is to be paid by the first day of the workshop.

Résidence Intensive Atelier Clown de Théâtre

Programme de 5 unités :

1/ Préparation du corps 

 A) Des mouvements physiques adaptés pour plus d'aisance

 B) Incarnation de l'esprit clown.

 C) Harmonisation pour la liberté avec les gestes

 D) Définir les gestes personnels, bases du clown individuel 

 E) Prolongation des gestes personnels par la voix parlée

 F) Spectre du masque bio. 

  2/ Création d'un clown personnel 

A) Dépasser les limites psychophysiques 

 B) Attitudes personnelles de clown, promenades, bouffonneries 

 C) Objets, accessoires et vêtements de clown personnels 

 D) Définir le nom personnel du clown 

  3/ Situations de clowns 

 A) Création de personnages, protagoniste, clown antagoniste 

 B) Trouver le(s) partenaire(s) : couples de clowns, familles, etc.

 C) Improvisations dans des situations dirigées 

 D) Création de situations initiant des intrigues et des dialogues

  4/ Création d'un micro-drame

 A) Définir une ligne dramatique à partir de situations imaginées ou réelles 

 B) Théâtralisation des situations choisies 

 C) Caractérisation avec ses changements d'humeur 

 D) Maîtriser par les répétitions
